1. Non-standard items such as custom screens which are made to your specification, cannot be returned or exchanged.
  2. Orders for other products may be cancelled or exchanged for a period of up to 14 days after delivery. Please advise us by email of your wish to cancel or exchange an item and wait for our reply before returning any products to us.
  3. If you wish to cancel or exchange an item, it must be returned to us in the original condition and packaging.
  4. Cancelled items should be returned within 14 days of cancellation at your own expense. You must ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage. If items returned are damaged or in an otherwise unsaleable condition, we reserve the right to charge you for the reduction in value.
  5. Please obtain proof of postage or use a tracked service to return any cancelled items as we cannot refund you for any item which is lost in transit.
  6. We will refund monies paid to us by you for items cancelled within 30 days of receiving them less any costs due under this contract.
  7. This cancellation policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Distance Selling Regulations, e.g. if goods are faulty.
